So on my hunt for a new complex, I came across this one and actually was more easier and comfortable places I been to. Not to mention how the staff is there. They are wonderful people and easily helped me with any questions I had. Brenda was the main person I spoke to and she had such a professional attitude with a great sense of humor. Definitely would recommend this place!

My partner and I have lived at southern oaks for not even a year yet, but I just wanted to say that coming from our last apartments, these are a HUGE upgrade. When we initially were looking for apartments, southern oaks was the best option overall when it came to price, location, space, and even looks.

10/10 recommend living here. Community is quiet and the grounds are clean and well kept. The amenities and location make this place exceptional. The office staff have always been nice to me. Thank you southern oaks.

Lived here for 6 years with no issues staff was very acomidating. Its a older complex but very well maintained. Since covid19 staffing was challenging but they got it right. If you need a place this is it.
