These online request forms have been created as a convenience for Southern Oaks Building Residents.

Time critical issues and emergencies should be handled directly with the office via phone at 817-654-4321 and not online.

• Service Request Form – This form should be completed for service-related or maintenance issues with your apartment.
• Administrative Request Form – This form should be completed for administrative issues that management can help you with such as lease information, renewals or updates to your current file.
• Internet Portal Access – As residents of a Pace Realty, you are each given access to a personalized Internet portal. You can use this portal to pay rent online, submit service requests, chat with other residents or even pay utilities. This portal can also be used for receiving your favorite sports news, headlines, stock quotes, e-commerce shopping center, local weather, movie show times and more.
